NEEVA took part in the Solutions Ressources Humaines Exhibition, at Paris Porte de Versailles on March 21st, 22nd and 23rd. Hosted by Jean-Marc BUREAU, Marketing Manager at NEEVA, the conference “How to succeed in training and interview digitisation with managers and employees? Lessons learned and keys to success” took place on March 22nd in front of one hundred participants.
Vital for HR, professional interviewing helps to improve the management of training demands, to retain and display the potential employability of workers and make talent management possible.
To make sure interviews take place and run properly, it is important that all parties feel involved. It is sometimes difficult to raise awareness of this meeting to all managers and employees.
Advice, innovative ideas, pitfalls to avoid and benefits of a successful project etc. Based on several lessons learned, NEEVA presented different key milestones so that interview and training digitisation can be a success.
First of all, Frédéric Bitan, HR Advisor within SMACL Assurances, demonstrated interview digitisation. He explained how SMACL Assurances, who were processing a substantial amount of important information and were dealing with a “paper-only” administration, thanks to the NEEVA solution they were able to modernise and digitise their annual reports by involving their employees within this professional project.
Secondly, Henri Mylne, Consultant HR-Transformation spoke on the subject of training decentralisation. He revealed the challenges, steps and lessons learned in relation to the implementation of the NEEVA tool within a pharmaceutical company, in order to develop, shape and decentralise skills.
